Do you have an acute problem but there isn’t a free appointment option for a physical visit in the near future?

Do you not have the opportunity to come to personal therapy due to time constraints or are you on maternity leave without the possibility of babysitting?

Our new Online Consultation service may be the solution for you. The service will give you a quick response from an experienced physiotherapist, with an outline of the solution and rehabilitation plan. The service is charged in the amount of ~~450,- CZK~~ 350,- CZK, it is paid after the service is provided.

Online diagnostics will not fully replace a physical visit to a physiotherapist, but it can diagnose the problem and help decide whether a visit to a physiotherapist or a doctor is appropriate and possibly relieve pain.

I decided to offer the initial online consultation to clients in order to help our current and new patients with acute problems before they come to face-to-face therapy. It is important to me that my clients have the possibility of a quick consultation with an expert and receive information on how to deal with an acute problem.

Waiting times for physical therapy are unfortunately longer at ProPhysio, so I try to help my clients at least remotely, always within 24 hours from first contact.

How it works?

You describe your problem through a practical form.

We ask you to be as specific as possible in the description of the problem, so that the physiotherapist has as much information as possible for diagnosis. You can upload photos or video of your problem.

Our physiotherapist will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

As a rule, the physiotherapist will request additional photo documentation and ask you more detailed questions.

Diagnosis of the problem

The physiotherapist will assess the symptoms and the information available to them to assess where the problem may be.

You will receive regimen measures, suitable exercises to do at home and a proposal for the next procedure

If it is a solvable problem, the physiotherapist will give you a presumed diagnosis, a recommendation for physiotherapy or a visit to the doctor, some exercises and advice on how to relieve the pain, or he will give other recommendations.

You pay the price of the consultation by credit card or bank transfer.

It is possible to pay for the consultation via the payment gateway – we will send you the payment link only after you receive a reply from the physiotherapist. Most often, a personal visit to a physiotherapist is also necessary, in these cases I will help you choose a therapist. In the event that a physiotherapist will not be able to help with your problem for objective reasons (e.g. it will be a neurological or other problem that does not belong to the field of physiotherapy), you will receive a recommendation to visit a specialist doctor and the price of the consultation will be lower.
