Online diagnostics will not fully replace a physical visit to a physiotherapist, but it can diagnose the problem and help decide whether a visit to a physiotherapist or a doctor is appropriate and possibly relieve pain.

I decided to offer the initial online consultation to clients in order to help our current and new patients with acute problems before they come to face-to-face therapy. It is important to me that my clients have the possibility of a quick consultation with an expert and receive information on how to deal with an acute problem.
Waiting times for physical therapy are unfortunately longer at ProPhysio, so I try to help my clients at least remotely, always within 24 hours from first contact.

Most often, a personal visit to a physiotherapist is also necessary, in these cases I will help you choose a therapist. In the event that a physiotherapist will not be able to help with your problem for objective reasons (e.g. it will be a neurological or other problem that does not belong to the field of physiotherapy), you will receive a recommendation to visit a specialist doctor and the price of the consultation will be lower.[/icon_timeline_feat][/icon_timeline]Online diagnostický formulář

- Popíšete svůj problém prostřednictvím praktického formuláře. Poprosíme vás být v popisu problému být co nejvíce konkrétní, aby měl fyzioterapeut co nejvíc informací pro diagnostiku
- Pořídíte fotografie nebo videozáznam vašeho problému, které nahráte prostřednictvím formuláře. Samozřejmě, můžete počítat s diskrétností, záznamy fyzioterapeut zmaže ihned po poskytnutí konzultace.
- Náš fyzioterapeut se do 24 hodin k dotazu vyjádří, a případně si vyžádá dodatečnou fotodokumentaci/videodokumentaci problému.
- Po získání potřebných informací se fyzioterapeut pokusí se stanovit příčinu vašeho problému. Na základě této diagnostiky vám navrhne další postup.
- V případě, že půjde o řešitelný problém, od fyzioterapeuta obdržíte předpokládanou diagnózu, cvičební plán, doporučení pro rehabilitaci, videozáznamy vhodných cviků, případně léčebný program.
- V některých případech bude nevyhnutná osobná návštěva fyzioterapeuta, v těchto případech si fyzioterapeut s vámi domluví vhodný termín a navrhne rehabilitační plán během přechodného období před samotnou terapií.
- Cenu za konzultaci uhradíte online prostřednictvím platební brány – odkaz na platbu vám bude zaslán po obdržení odpovědi a návrhu řešení od fyzioterapeuta.
- V případě, že s vaším problémem nebude z objektivních příčin schopen fyzioterapeut pomoci (např. se bude jednat o neurologický, nebo jiný problém nespadající do oboru fyzioterapie), nebude vám za konzultaci nic účtováno.
